DELIVERY PROCESS:
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders processed in South Africa will take between 8 - 14 business days to arrive. Usually on the lower end but depends on your preferred delivery method and the province you are based.
You will receive an email and text message when your order is dispatched, on its way and delivered.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners including; Courier It, Courier Guy, Aramex Dawn Wing, Fastway, Internet Express, SNN Couriers. But mainly Baffalo. All to ensure a swift and safe delivery.
Do you delivery overseas?
No, we are South African based brand that only delivers locally, however we may be expanding in due time.

How durable are the Indestructible Smart Watches?
Extremely! Built with rustproof stainless steel, zinc alloy, other metals and a silicone and vinyl strap, every Indestructible Smart Watch you receive will be the most rugged watch you'll never have to buy again.
Are your other watches indestructible?
Not as resilient as the indestructible selection, however they are also made with rustproof stainless steel, alloy and a silicone strap making them extremely durable.
Your purchase decision depends on your lifestyle and where you want to take your time piece.
Will it fit my wrist?
Yup! All our watches have adjustable straps to fit any size wrist.
Are the Indestructible Watches bulky?
Nope! It's quite slim, the screen is smaller then Apple's Series 8. We use this extra 1" of space to have our protective metal casing fit snuggly around the watch.
Can I receive phone calls?
Yes! You can answer calls, view texts, check notifications without needing to pull out your phone.
Is the indestructible selection water-proof & dust-proof?
Yes! Completely IP68 Waterproof Certified & IP69K Dust-proof Certified, it's been frozen in ice !
Is the indestructible selection fire-proof?
To sparks, flames, and potential slag from welding, YES! But don't try to put this over a blow torch though...
Does it work with all phones?

Does it have a guarantee?
Of course! All of our orders are covered by a 7 Working Day Money Back Guarantee in case something is defected with the watch.
A 6 month general warranty.
All of our products also offer a purchasable warranty separate to the guarantee in the case our customers want an extended 2 year protection plan!

The warranty is offered alongside any watch that is added to your shopping cart and customers proceed to checkout.

Can I return my product?
We always aim to ensure that our customers are satisfied with out our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
What is the battery life?
Daily users report 1.5 - 2 weeks between charging, takes 3 to 4 hours to fully charge.
Can I get my product personalized?
No, but releasing new accessories all the time for the watches to be able to customize them as you desire.
Do your watches have GPS
No, we don’t currently offer GPS watches. However, our durable smartwatches are designed to enhance your daily activities and fitness goals—without the worry of damage or wear.
