Delivery Timeframes

Free Insured Delivery: 6–14 business days. Your tracking number is emailed to you shortly after purchase.

Insurance Cover: Every AEGA order is insured at no cost to you. If anything goes wrong in transit, we'll notify you and resend the original item automatically — no claim forms, no chasing. Please note: when a replacement is dispatched, the delivery window resets.

Our 25-Day Promise: If your order doesn't arrive within 25 business days, you're entitled to either a 50% discount code on your next order, or a full refund under our standard return policy.
