Guarantee Certificate

Every AEGA product comes with a standard 4-month warranty against defects. This add-on extends that cover to a full two years from the date you purchase the guarantee.

On purchase you will immediately receive an email containing your guarantee certificate. Complete it digitally or by hand and return it to info@aega.co.za to activate your cover.

If anything happens to your watch within those two years, and within the terms below, you can begin a claim to receive a replacement product free of charge.

Please note: AEGA products are built tough and held to a high quality standard, but no product is immune to every accident. This guarantee exists as an added protection plan for that reason.

Terms & Conditions

This two-year guarantee agreement commences on the date the guarantee is purchased and extends for a period of two years from that date. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions on any AEGA product. It does not cover damage caused by improper handling, misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs.

To claim, customers must provide proof of purchase, the completed guarantee certificate, and video evidence of the defect, and must follow the claims process set out below. This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Additional terms may apply, and AEGA reserves the right to modify or terminate this guarantee at its discretion.

Claims Process

Email info@aega.co.za with your guarantee certificate, a description of the issue, and video evidence showing the product and the defect.

Our team will assess the claim. If approved, we will dispatch a replacement watch free of charge and send you the shipping details. If the claim is not approved, our team will contact you to discuss it further.
