Warranty Certificate 

This product offers a two year extended warranty for any of the products on our store at Aega. Upon purchase you will instantly receive an email with the warranty certificate that will be required to be filled out digitally or physically and returned to our email address: info@aega.co.za

Thereafter, if anything happens to your watch (within the parameters of our terms and conditions) over the period of two years, from the date of purchasing the warranty, you can begin your claim to receive a new product free of any charges

Note: At Aega we offer the highest quality assurance, however we understand that nothing is practically indestructible and as an insurance policy and protection plan, we offer this product to curate our ideal customer satisfaction.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: This 2-year warranty agreement commence from the date of purchase of the warranty card and extend for a period of two years thereafter. Due to Aega’s quality assurance, this warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions, for any of our product. It does not cover damage caused by improper handling, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. To claim warranty service, customers must provide proof of purchase and follow the designated claims process outlined in the warranty card. Customers must also provide video evidence of the defects of the product. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Additional terms and conditions may apply, and the company reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty at its discretion.

PROCESS: To start the warranty claim process, customers must email us at info@aega.co.za with the warranty certificate and a description of the cause of the issue. They must also attach video evidence of product and its defect.

Our team will evaluate the claim, and if approved, we'll send a replacement watch free of charge. Customers will receive shipping details once the replacement is dispatched. If not approved, our team will be in contact with you to further discuss your claim.
